The hotel's rooms were nothing like advertised, dirty, small, with no TV or internet which was promised. My 5-year-old had to share the bed with me due to the tv issues, and the room was not clean, damp, and had loose wires. On the positive side, the service was friendly and helpful, and the location was ideal, close to shops and attractions. The dining experience was good, with a variety of options available. However, the room conditions negatively affected my health conditions and my child's health.
